If you are planning to join us, we encourage you to bring any medications you are presently taking, as you will continue taking those medications while you are here. This includes prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, vitamin/minerals and botanical products. If you are in the habit of transferring medications to a pill dispenser, bring the original prescription or non-prescription bottles, too. If our program generates changes in your medication protocols, our physician will communicate with your personal physician. If you have diabetes, bring your blood sugar monitoring supplies (92-3 containers of testing strips) with you.
